It was a short stay, quiet and good sleep. The room could be abit more clean.

The hotel rooms were spacious and the bathroom was really nice.

The staff was unprofessional, it all started when i first entered the hotel nobody helped me with the bags. I had to carry one big bag on my own to the scanner. The receptionist didn’t understand english! The security guards are creepy, they followed me everywhere i go which intruded my privacy. Always Asking me where i’m going. As if we’re in school ! Food quality is terrible for the value of money. I ordered a clubsandwich the bread was stale and the bacon was too dry! The exploding part was when the room service girl entered my room thrice with no permission and there wasn’t any sign that showed i wanted my room cleaned. while i was a sleep and asking a stupid question like do you need anything ? Excuse me ?? What on earth was that ! Overall unpleasant stay

The Staff is unprofessional, Check-in took around 45 Minutes. Night-Shift Manager (K.F) was totally unprofessional unfriendly. Its unaccepted to have such staff in 5 Stars Hotel. Its abreal miserable Experience starting from the Check-in. They are even not able to issue the right receipt with the right amout paid.

good, confortable stay.

New Hotel as i understand it. Good, clean, Gym was huge and superb...Breakfast had lot to offer for vegetarian's also. Morocan resturant was good - Jamal wend out of his way to get us the best. Itlian food also excelent.. Entire staff was smiling and helpful.

I found it unusual for the hotel to expect guests to pay by cash or maintain an excess balance with the front desk while dining at any of their resturants….. Its not like guest are going to eat and run away... Also at breakfast while the overall service was good, for some reason the bill would be presented before i could finish breakfast and i would be expected to sign the bill at that time. This was little surprising and irritating. This happened on all days!!

The Hotel Reception is superb with huge chandeliers.

Break fast spread is nice. The fruits were excellent especially Musk Malone served was very nice.

Weird check-in but a good hotel

The rooms are large and have lovely bathrooms. The foyer is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious.

The first lady who checked us in told us to wait for half an hour for our rooms to be ready even though check-in time was at 2 and this was 3:30. At 4:15 we asked again to a much more professional lady and were eventually given the key to one of the two rooms we had booked so we could shower and change our clothes for the concert we were going to at 5pm. We were given the second room key while we were getting ready and left the hotel at about 5:30. After this, all of the staff were much more helpful and polite.
